chamomile latte
this is my take on a calming classic with some added nervine ingredients.
steep a bag of CHAMOMILE TEA and a couple FRESH DATES in a cup of water for a few minutes. then, remove the tea bag and add some warm MILK, 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of GHEE, 1/4 tsp of NUTMEG. blend until smooth and drink warm.
both the CHAMOMILE and NUTMEG are nervine but the nutmeg is especially sedative. the MILK and DATES are laxative and so nutritive and restorative while the GHEE nourishes the brain.
