tangerine tea
DID YOU GET THAT FLU? i did. still struggling -- weird stomach, breathlessness and deep lung congestion that coughing won’t clear. this TANGERINE TEA will help!
first, eat some well-washed TANGERINES or MANDARINES. then, chop the skins into 1/4" pieces and steep for an hour in boiling water with lots of fresh ground cardamom if you’ve got it. strain & serve. orange and grapefruit will work too though to a lesser degree.
this recipe will help SETTLE STOMACH, DISCHARGE PHLEGM, LIFT DEPRESSION (from being in bed for days!), CALM ANXIETY and CALM VATA in general.
