sunflower milk
found this recipe from THE BLENDER GIRL awhile back and i love it since these SEEDS are good for PITTA, SUMMER and inflammation in any form.
soak a cup of SUNFLOWER SEEDS in water for 8 hours then drain and rinse. add 4 c of WATER (could throw in some DATES or a little MAPLE too) and blend on high for a few minutes until the seeds are pulverized. keeps 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
i love this one because i’m lazy and it’s not necessary to strain this milk unless you want to...up to you!
