my teacher uses this medicinal spice mix or churna on pretty much everything in the cooler months.
mix 1 tbsp of CARDAMOM, CINNAMON, POWDERED GINGER and NUTMEG and store in a jar away from heat.
add it to your tea, toast, soups or whatever to keep nerves calm, extremities warm and digestion running smoothly.
