beans are great for DEPRESSION and for KAPHA in general because they stabilize blood sugar so there are fewer dips and dives to navigate. i combined a number of recipes so there are tons of ANTI-DEPRESSANT HERBS and STIMULANT spices to uplift and stabilize. the CITRUS PEEL / OIL factor is especially helpful!
add a pound of OVERNIGHT SOAKED BLACK BEANS to 10 cups of WATER along with a quartered ONION, a well-washed ORANGE cut in half, a whole minced clove of GARLIC, a 3 BAY LEAVES, a tbsp of dried OREGANO, two tsp of GROUND CUMIN. simmer for 1 to 2 hours, until the beans are tender. only add salt at the end when you’re sure the beans are fully cooked.
