radishes w/ ghee
this is a great KAPHA SNACK inspired by the tokyo turnips at KISMET LOS ANGELES which are so delicious!
mandoline slice and plate ONE BUNCH OF RADISHES. put about a tbsp of GHEE down on the plate as well. sprinkle with a 1/4 tsp of DRIED OREGANO, 1/4 tsp of CUMIN and a tiny pinch of SALT...one of my all time favourites!
