kapha kool aid
i created this drink to address kapha's cool, heavy water nature by being a light, warming astringent that helps regulate sugar metabolism which can be an issue for kapha.
to make KAPHA KOOL AID steep HIBISCUS, fresh GINGER and ground CARDAMOM. after a few minutes, stir in a little HONEY but not too much. we want to gently uplift without crashing! strain & serve warm or cool.
