ROAST cashews for depression
i hacked this recipe by 101 COOKBOOKS since cashews are loaded with SEROTONIN and the turmeric is so good for KAPHA / SPRING season.
roast 2 cups of raw CASHEWS in 1/2 a tbsp of SUNFLOWER OIL at 350 for 5 to 10 minutes. then crumble large sheet of roast NORI SEAWEED into tiny pieces and mix with in 1/2 tbsp of TURMERIC, a tsp of PAPRIKA and a pinch of CAYENNE. toss the nuts in the seaweed spice mixture immediately after they come out of the oven adding a little more oil if needed.
