prash & ghee tonic
this super simple tonic of clarified butter and ayurvedic herb jam will keep your digestion WARM and help with IMMUNITY too.
combine a c of HOT WATER or TEA, 1 tsp of PRASH and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of GHEE and mix well.
