these simple walnuts from genius kitchen are calming which is good for the anxiety typical of the autumn or vata season. i only swapped the butter for GHEE and added some sedating NUTMEG so they are extra soothing.
preheat the oven to 350 F. spread a c of WALNUTS over a parchment lined cookie sheet. drizzle with 1/3 c of HONEY and dot with 1/3 c of GHEE. bake for 5 mins, then remove from the oven and stir. return to the oven for 5 more mins, then remove again, stir, and spread them evenly to cool about 20 mins.
