sunflower fig smoothie
this is a sorta weird one i made up for PITTA / SUMMER that has a definite PB & J vibe.
blend 1.5 cups of SUNFLOWER SEED MILK with some DRIED FIGS and a tbsp or 2 of SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER.
SUNFLOWER SEED anything is particularly good for inflammation and pitta in general and FIGS support the liver which can taxed by the heat and intensity of the season.
